Cartoning Machine Working Process

1. Carton Supply and Forming
- Carton Supply: Flat cartons are stored in a magazine and automatically picked one by one using mechanical or pneumatic devices.
- Carton Forming: A forming system folds flat cartons into open boxes using suction cups, pushers, or molds for accurate shaping.

2. Product Loading
- Product Feeding: Products like bottles, bags, or blister packs are fed into the machine via a conveyor or robotic arm.
- Optional Detection: Sensors or vision systems can be added to check product placement and quality in real time, rejecting faulty items.
- Optional Leaflet Insertion: A system can automatically insert leaflets, instructions, or promotional materials into cartons.
- Loading: Products are placed into formed cartons using automatic or semi-automatic horizontal or vertical loading.

3. Carton Sealing
